BPCC Code of Conduct

 

1) Illegal drugs and substances will not be tolerated and Police will be called where persons are found to be in possession of any illegal substances in the clubrooms or adjoining grounds.

2) Persons found to be inebriated and/or acting offensively may be refused entry to, and/or asked to leave club premises.

3) Smoking in any premises used by the club, or external of the club where indicated.

4) Respect is to be shown at all times to all visitors and members of the club and to property belonging to the club and visitors of the club.

5) The use of obscene and offensive behavior shall not be tolerated.

6) Persons entering and leaving the rooms and car park shall do so in a peaceful and orderly fashion having consideration for the local neighborhood.

7) Harassment of any nature (racial, religious, sexual) will not be tolerated.

8) The possession of offensive and dangerous weapons is not permitted whilst on club property.

9) Violent and/or threatening behavior of any kind will not be permitted.

10) Any persons caught stealing from members, visitors or the club will be referred immediately to the Police.

11) The RDCA Code of Conducts, as stated in their rules, must be adhered to at all times.

12) Persons publishing content viewable to the public (e.g. Newspapers, Forums, Facebook etc), where they are seen to be a member or representative of the club, must to do so in a manor that does not bring the Club or RDCA into disrepute.

13) No harassment, bullying or intimidation within internal communication channels, including, but not limited to, the club Facebook pages and whatsapp groups as well as in person.

Persons found to be in breach of the Code of Conduct may be called before the committee where a penalty may be imposed.
